Hi everyone,
It’s been a while since I have done a post here on So Effortless, being busy with university and applying to full-time roles as I finish my degree in about a month… that’s so scary to type! Anyway, I am not going to go into detail about why I have been away, you can see a few of my previous posts on that matter.
Still busy as ever as I am doing the final touches on all assignments now, but I have found time to write the odd small post or two ❤
Today’s post is a photo story, my favourite kind of post! Really insightful into my life and a good way to keep a public diary I suppose. Anyhow, here is my Glamping photo story, I hope you enjoy!
Arriving:

If you don’t know, Glamping means glamourous camping, and for me and my boyfriend, we decided to rent a little rural hut by the lake for 4 nights. We were both excited as this would be our 4th book holiday since the pandemic, but also stressed for this reason as we did not want a 4th holiday cancellation. But we got there in the end with the excitement packed, starting to push away the stress of university for the next week. As you can tell I was very excited about the hot tub, which is very ironic, you will find out later why 😉
The first day:

This was also the arrival day but check-in was at 3pm, so we had some time left of the day, after my boyfriend put some wood in the hot tub fire, we were in as quickly as possible to start relaxing and ended our day with a fire pit and some hot tea in the night.
The second day:

We woke up early, we some breakfast made by yours truly, and got off on a walk around the area. We started our favourite activity of “Oh my God look how nice that house is, I would buy that house, but I would change this”, said hello to the cows on the way and again back in the hot tub for some relaxation.
The third day:

Nothing much was done on this day, this is a holiday after all, just some board games and eating lots of good food. Just one specific detail I am still dealing with today, I got a hot tub rash, no clue how and obviously I won’t show it but trust me, it hurts.
The fourth day:

We took a little trip to the town nearby, look at some farmers market stands and came home for our last night in the hut. We again set up the fire pit, no hot tub of course, and spent the night looking at the stars, being upset that its our last night of course, but we had some visitors!
Going home:

On Friday morning it was time to check out, upset of course but enjoyed the break. Now more than ever in a rush to finish university and get to the next stage of our life.
I hope you have enjoyed this photo story, see you next week for another post!
Stay Safe, Kasia x
